Spannabis Cup is a prestigious cannabis competition that has been held annually as part of Spannabis for many years and is considered one of Europe’s most important cannabis cups.
This year the competition will honor quality in the 5 categories of cannabis products:
Each category will be judged by a VIP jury: expert judges from the industry.
The winners’ awards will be presented on Friday, 17 April 2026 at 19:00 in the conference area.
Spannabis visitors can attend the award ceremony and see showcased award winners on display during the exhibition.

The Spannabis Awards are a set of recognition prizes given to products and exhibitors showcased at the fair. They focus on commercial products, stands, and innovations presented during the trade exhibition and are usually voted on by participants.

Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC) in Barakaldo is a modern complex of 80 000 m² total, with 10 000 m² indoor exhibition space for over 200 exhibitors and 2 000 m² outdoor area for food trucks, stage, and chill zones. It includes parking for 4000 cars and capacity for up to 40 000 visitors.

Legalizing medical cannabis has stimulated Spain’s cannabis cultivation industry. According to the report from The Objective magazine, the Spanish government has already granted 224 licenses for marijuana growing since 2018.
